Enrichment
Enrichment at Creative Montessori School is an essential part of the educational experience, thoughtfully integrated to support the development of the whole child. Through offerings such as world languages, movement, music, library studies, and outdoor learning, students are encouraged to explore new interests, express themselves creatively, and make meaningful connections beyond the core academic curriculum.

French
French instruction at CMS introduces students to a second language in a joyful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate way. Through songs, movement, conversation, and cultural exploration, children build listening and speaking skills while developing an appreciation for global cultures. Language learning at CMS emphasizes confidence, curiosity, and connection rather than rote memorization.

Physical Education
Physical Education at CMS supports healthy development through movement, coordination, and teamwork. Students build strength, balance, and motor skills while learning cooperation, perseverance, and respect for others. PE provides an important outlet for energy and supports overall well-being, helping children develop lifelong habits that support both physical and emotional health.

Music
Music education at CMS encourages creativity, expression, and active listening. Students explore rhythm, melody, and musical concepts through singing, movement, and hands-on experiences. Music supports cognitive development, coordination, and confidence, while fostering an appreciation for artistic expression and shared creative experiences.

Library
The CMS Library program nurtures a love of reading, storytelling, and inquiry. Students are introduced to a wide range of literature and informational texts that support curiosity, imagination, and learning across subjects. Library time encourages thoughtful exploration, research skills, and a lifelong relationship with books and learning.

Art
Creative expression is a natural extension of Montessori learning. As CMS continues to grow, we are planning to expand our enrichment offerings to include a dedicated Art program that supports creativity, observation, and self-expression. Art experiences at CMS will encourage students to explore materials, techniques, and ideas while building confidence and appreciation for the creative process. This program will complement classroom learning and provide additional opportunities for artistic exploration across all age levels.

Service Learning
Service learning at Creative Montessori School provides students with meaningful opportunities to contribute to their community and develop a sense of responsibility beyond the classroom. Through age-appropriate service projects, students learn empathy, collaboration, and the importance of caring for others and the world around them. These experiences help children connect learning to real life, understand their role within a community, and develop a growing awareness of how their actions can make a positive impact.

Outdoor and Garden Learning
Outdoor and garden learning at CMS connects children to the natural world through hands-on experiences that encourage observation, responsibility, and care for the environment. Students engage with nature through planting, tending, and exploring, deepening their understanding of ecological systems while building patience, collaboration, and respect for the world around them.
